Returns
NOTE: ALL ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE BULBA GRABS AU LIVE SECTION ARE UNABLE TO BE RETURNED - due to the nature of these products being opened live, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for these products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We will only exchange items if they arrive faulty, defective or damaged. As mentioned above, please inspect your order upon receptions and contact us if there are any issues.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
If you apply for any of the above, please contact us via email or live chat before shipping back the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
BULBA GRABS AU can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
⚠️ Warning: Unclaimed Items or Orders
Any items or orders that remain unclaimed for more than two (2) months will be deemed void and forfeited.
Due to a growing number of orders placed without shipping that are never claimed, we have implemented this policy to manage storage fairly. Orders placed without postage must be rectified by arranging shipping within 2 months of purchase.
Orders that are not rectified or claimed within this timeframe will be void and forfeited. If an order is shipped and returned to us unclaimed by the post office, we will attempt to contact you.
If we receive no response and the 2-month period expires, the order will also be void and forfeited. Please ensure shipping is arranged and items are claimed promptly to avoid forfeiture.
